Each of our locations include curated food and beverage offerings. Everything from our fresh coffee to craft cocktails are sourced with sustainability and wellness in mind.

Yes. Our event spaces at One Five One and One World Trade Center are open to all. 825 Third Avenue is currently exclusive to Durst tenants only.
Yes. We have trusted partners who provide full-service video conferencing and livestream support on the day(s) of your event. We make presentations seamless with state-of-the-art technology designed to support your event’s needs.
Each Well& by Durst location provides:
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Access to available audio and video feeds to support a high-quality streaming experience.
- Large displays
- On-site tech support
- Projection systems offered only at One Five One and One World Trade Center.

Our venue booking fee includes:
- Usage of all our in-house furniture and a/v (chairs, tables, monitors, microphones, high speed WIFI, etc.) building services (on-call IT, engineering, cleaning, etc.) floorplan set up, service staff—everything you need for a turnkey event experience.
